Mercurial 0.9.4 released!

While I was viewing
http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/BinaryPackages  I
noticed that previous versions of Mercurial for windows have been posted
at http://mercurial.berkwood.com/

Should the versions posted by Dongsheng Song be considered unofficial?  I
have had success with the binaries provided by the berkwood site, so I
am hesitant to change, but I want to try out 0.9.4.
