Is the Win32 installer a "fire and forget" installer?.

Are there any external dependencies for installing on a clean Windows
installation?

Are there any post-install tasks that _must_ or _should_ be performed for
worry-free operation on Windows?

PS    If it is relevant, the intent is to use Mercurial locally on developer
boxes and also as a client [adding offline capability] to Perforce & SVN
depots.
