Mercurial 0.9.4 released!

I installed the Dongsheng Song 0.9.4 binary on a separate Windows box,
and noticed that it installed a different default Mercurial.ini than
what the Berkwood 0.9.3 release installed. The DS Mercurial.ini has
"username" set to Dongsheng's name/email address, for example, and it
seems to be customized. Perhaps this was accidental?

In any case, it makes me wary of installing this binary on top of my
current, working 0.9.3 binary install :)
