Kdiff3 can be downloaded and installed fairly easily, so I feel it'd
be redundant to supply it with Mercurial binary. Perhaps we can just
make a note along site the download links that kdiff3 make a good
option for gui difftool.

I still feel a place holder config for kdiff3 in the bundle
mercurial.ini would help most people.

I believe it's possible to create a user config program to do all these.
