Java library to mercurial?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if theres a java library being worked on anywhere for
working with mercurial?

I see theres an eclipse plugin and some references to a maven2 plugin
(havn't yet look at any of the code thou) and was considering looking at
what it would take to kickstart an IntelliJ IDEA plugin...
