Darcs to Mercurial Conversions

Hi folks,

I've spent some time over the past few days improving Tailor's darcs to
Mercurial conversion support.  There were some bugs on both ends (mostly
the darcs end) that caused some trouble.

Tailor's author has integrated the patches into his tree, and I've
posted instructions on the Mercurial wiki at:

At this time, Tailor is doing a better conversion than darcs2hg, even
with the patches that Guy and I sent recently.  That's primarily because
Tailor is tracking darcs renames, but darcs2hg isn't.
