Use of tags

I'd use a hook to append the changeset id to the bug tracker.

Myself I'm using this with Trac, and the Trac Mercurial plugin.  It gets
me bidirectional linking, from the changeset to the Trac ticket and from
the Trac ticket to all of the related changesets.  Let me know if you
need more details.
