Mercurial and windows

Hi,
I recently started to use mercurial when I arrived in a team using this VCS.
It is really pleasant to use but I also have to work under Windows. I
previously used Tortoise SVN when I was required to work under this
platform and I didn't find such tools.
I saw a mail on this mailing list saying that there won't be any official GUI.
Are there people thinking of explorer integration ? or working on such tools ?
Command line usage under windows isn't very 'user friendly' even under
cygwin and I find Tortoise SVN very good, is there a plan for a
Tortoise Hg ?
Thanks
