It causes otherwise sane CEO's to forget the three classic blunders:

1)  Never get involved in a land war in Asia

2)  Never go in against a Scilian when death is on the line

3)  Never make a deal with Microsoft; companies who do so generally
	regret it (if they are lucky to live through the experience)
	in the end.
