Referencing other hgrc from an hgrc?

I was wondering if there is a feature of the hgrc processing system  
to allow you to reference another hgrc file?  What I'm thinking is  
rather similar to ui.ignore setting.  If it does not already exist, I  
would propose something like the following::

[ui]
ignore.user = ~/.hgignore

rc.paths = ~/.hgrcCompanyPaths
rc.difftool = ~/.hgrcDiffTool

Our use case is that we have some custom additions to the hgrc for  
our diff tools, a scheme for our company paths, and eventually  
additions for our custom extensions.  We would also like to version  
control these configurations, and hence the desire to factor them  
into different files.
