[ANN] Sourceforge No Longer Operated By OSTG.

For any interested, I found this and thought it may be of interest. OSTG
has given up control of sourceforge to Collabnet.

Sourceforge (supposedly) is going to be picking up all of Collabnet's
entire portfolio of stuff. 

I know many here keep synced mirrors across SF, google and some even
Launchpad, so I thought I would pass this along.

Unless they really change stuff around, I don't think import / export
utilities would break.. but you never know.
