[ANN] new releases

I would really like to have the flexibility to install somewhere other
than C:\Program Files. 

At my job, we don't normally have access to the c: drive, only a local
d: drive, or a shared drive with our personal data. I have admin rights
on my computer, so it isn't a big deal for me, but it could cause
problems for others on my team.
