Please remove most MoinMoin help pages from the Mercurial site

The Mercurial web site is based on the MoinMoin wiki engine.  
Unfortunately the MoinMoin documentation is still on the system.

If you search for "installing" you'll get pages like "HelpOnInstalling/ 
BasicInstallation". This is very confusing, as it describes how to  
install MoinMoin -- nothing to do with Mercurial. It's reasonable to  
assume that most users who search for "installing" and similar terms  
want to know about Mercurial, not MoinMoin.

A small handful of pages could be kept, such as SyntaxReference  
(although it should be made clear at the top of the page that it's the  
*wiki* syntax, not related to Mercurial's configuration files).
