Mercurial project donations

We've had a couple questions about this recently, so I've set up a
donation page:

The Mercurial project is a member of the Software Freedom Conservancy.
They handle things like donations and bank accounts for us. The SFC is a
US 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so donations are tax-deductible
for at least US residents.
