Mercurial vs. Bazaar speedtest clone and log - update: hg 1.1 vs. bzr 1.10

With hardlinking there is no need to extract texts from the repository,
so the index speed doesn't affect making a new work area.

Please do file a bug about that warning re: logging, I strongly suspect
a gentoo specific issue, but we'd like to fix it.
