hgk problem with UNC paths on windows

Hi

I'm using TortoiseHg and have experienced a problem with hgk when launched
with an UNC path.

See also the following bug report on sourceforge
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=968354&aid=1863086&group_id=199155

In short, hgk fails when TortoiseHg launches hgk from a Windows Explorer
with an UNC path -- i.e. a network path starting with \\host\ instead of
with N:\

A workaround is to map the UNC path to a network drive.

I did a search on the Mercurial bug tracker for "hgk unc" but got no hits.

Can anybody with knowledge about hgk confirm that this is a hgk bug?
Or perhaps tell me how to generate more debug information from hgk?

Regards,
Peer
