cr/lf precommit hook, how to configure include/exclude filter ?

Hi all, I'm getting started with mercurial on Windows, and I'm looking at the cr/lf precommit hook, but I'm at lost on how to configure it.

How do you configure python:hgext.win32text.forbidcrlf to indicates that source files (*.cpp, *.h) must be in unix format, but that visual studio workspace (*.dsw) must be in DOS format so that I can use the same sandbox from both unix and windows ?
