not clear on pushing mq patches

Would it not help to have the ability to just "hg push" like normal and have
the patch queue included? If I push to a repository that I personally used to
keep work, home and my laptop in sync, this would be of great value to me.
Right now I could use rsync on the repository to push it to work I suppose.
