hg diff on win32 produces LF (not CR/LF) in 1.0

I installed mercurial version 1.0 (1e4ddc9ac9f7+20080325) for win32 
from http://mercurial.berkwood.com/ Now "hg diff" produces results
in a form that differs from version 0.95 I used before. 

No function names after @@ ... @@ and all line endings are in unix format.
The last thing results in a problem that it is not possible to use patch 
utility (from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/patch.htm).

How can I fix this problem?
