I notice that to get a contact to show up on a published repository this:

"Mercurial" <mercurial at selenic.com>,

[ui]
username = Patrick Waugh <patrick at berrysoft.net>

has to be in the per-repos hgrc.  Since I want this to be the same for
all my repositories, I really wanted to put this in the per-user
~/.hgrc file, but if I do so, then the contacts are listed as unknown.
 Is this intentional?  If so, I humbly suggest it should be "fixed" to
work as described, and be taken from the per-user file unless
overridden in the per-repos file.

Also, I notice that the man pages contain a lot of ".sp" at the end of
sentences... seems like errors in the formating.
