File Locking

With Mercurial, you have no need for file locks.  That is only
something you need with something like SVN.  =)

Welcome to the 21st century!

You should read the online wiki about ways of using Hg.  It contains
several "models" of workflow to get you started thinking which one (or
combination) might be the best for your office/project.

I have to laugh, that as I write this, I just noticed Matt's comments.
 We think alike!  =)
