Good to know.  I wasn't implying that you stripped the copyright info.
My apologies if what I wrote seemed like that.

Code that does not include a copyright notice is slightly tricky to
handle in some places.  I think we should ask Michael to explicitly
'set' the license to something.  The same license as the rest of
Mercurial would be nice, just in case we want to integrate the extension
with the main distribution of Hg later :)
