Mercurial wiki is horked.

Well, there's been a bunch of downtime over the last few months.

But Matt has been working on setting up a new VM (not sure if it's on a
different server) specifically for the Mercurial bits (not shared with other
selenic things), so hopefully things will improve in this department soon.
