unknown exception when attempting to convert svn repository to mercurial

Figured out the problem; it was a "user error" ;-)
My svn repository was actually located in the subdirectory
/home/gigalawn/repositories/ccc/cccweb, so once I specified that full path
(using hg convert file:// /home/gigalawn/repositories/ccc/cccweb) it seemed
to convert just fine. I'll test it out now.
