We want to show TortoiseHG instead of the Quick Start when the browser reports
Windows as user agent.
That should _show_ people what Mercurial on Windows can do.
it would be nice, though to add a sentence about Mercurial on Windows, for
example to the point "easy to learn".

It does.
But the minimum Version you need is Python 2.3 for Mrecurial itself and 2.4
for TortoiseHG.
