Strange 'hg revert' behavior (bug?)

It's probably due to Debian being in release mode and packages then can
only receive bug fixes (not version upgrades) looking for stabilization.
That affects the full chain as that's how packages flow
(unstable->testing->stable). I'd expect newer versions being in
experimental for a while.
