A Mercurial code_swarm

Hi, 

I just created a code_swarm for Mercurial, TortoiseHG and most extensions, and 
I thought that some of you might be interested :)

I intend to regularly add code_swarms of only the new changes, but I don't yet 
know if that will work out (since new changes can be of earlier date, so the 
code_swarm can become somewhat messy).
