Reviewboard Extension error.

Hi,

But if I add below lines into respective repo's <repo>\.hg\hgrc file review will be created.

repoid = 3

Hi,

I have downloaded the mercurial reviewboard extension from URL http://code.google.com/p/mercurial-reviewboard/ and tried to create the review.

Reviewboard extension is not prompting for repository ID on windows platform but I didn't see this issue on linux.

Below is the output

C:\>hg postreview tip
changeset:      tip:b4f9a00a3376 "Merge with 7263a76f304ab4314c0b5d07db0f18ffa19b0159"
reviewboard:    http://eaxmple.reviewboard.com:9123/reviews

username: username
password: **********
Repositories:
[1] repo1
[2] repo2
[3] repo3

After showing above output it just stops without creating the review.

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
