Oh, yuck. The changelog page doesn't even show the changeset IDs.
Regardless of whether the revision number is shown, I think the changset
ID should be there.
There should be a template file that corresponds to the changelog page.
You can edit that and add in the changeset ID whereever you want it.
It's probably called something like changeset.tmpl.

Add a "?revcount=X" to the url (the same thing the graph page does).
