Consider that extension discontinued (like I wrote in the wiki change
removing the entry from the list of extensions). That extension
shouldn't be advertised anymore, now that 1.6 has pushable bookmarks.
People should try using pushable bookmarks instead.

The extension didn't reach anything else than the stage of an
experimental concept. I'll keep the repo on bb around for posterity.
