Perhaps just a zip of the bin would work. I tend to install
TortoiseHg on my home machine then zip up the TortoiseHg directory and
take it to work --- I can run it after unpacking it. The overlays and
such don't work, but I don't really care. It would be handy to have
these available on the web. If I forget to zip it up and push it to
an accessible area, or there's a new release, I can't use it until
later.
