Tagging for particular files

Hi,

If i want to tagging some files from one changeset and some files from
another changeset. What can i do?

I cant do it now. If i tagging sources means tag will placed against one
particular changeset. 

for example, 

In revision 50 i checked in a.txt, b.txt, c.txt, d.txt and revision 60 i
checked in c.txt, d.txt, k.txt, j.txt.

now i want to tag with tagname "REVIEWTAG" some files like a.txt,c.txt,d.txt
from revision 50 and k.txt from revision 60.

In which option i can do the same?
