Thank you Martin. Thank you for the link. That is a good idea and good
solution. Maybe you could even setup a pull trigger which would copy the
template file automatically if needed! Umm, this seems like a good idea for
an extension :-)

Now we would just need a way to set the subrepository targets via a non
version controlled ".hgsublocal" file and the main problem would basically
be solved.
