[ANN] MacHg 0.9.6 released

Thanks! I have been releasing things steadily since the launch but not announcing all of them unless something was fixed that was important. 0.9.6 fixed that scary looking but actually benign issue where it would report that a document was corrupted, but it wasn't corrupted at all, it just couldn't find a folder. Anyway amongst other things that was fixed in 0.9.6

Still the old one. 1.4.2. With the new 1.5.4 I will let it sit with people for say a week and then if it fixes that 20% speed degradation (I believe it should:) ) then I will bump MacHg to use Mercurial 1.5.4. I am testing setting my own HGRCPATH so the users ~/.hgrc isn't used or messed with. That and a few more changes before I hit 1.0 :)
