FYI: The 1.0.4 packages did not include dulwich 0.6.0 as advertised.
Instead, py2exe picked up an old dulwich 0.4.1 from my site-packages
folder (the same version that shipped in previous TortoiseHg
releases).  This has been resolved and nightly build packages will
include dulwich 0.6.0, the first of which has just been uploaded.
