so i have to setup a mercurial server with SSH, and the Testserver Updates
himself if a Developer Commit some changes? Is there any Way to make sure,
that a Developer don't need so much time to build his own Textarea on the
Local Pc? Sometimes a developer just has to change a small image or
something like that, ....

I really want to use Mercurial but if every developer has to setup ever
Project on his local machine, it's too expensive for our company to speed so
much time for nothing.

Apache configuration, Symlinks, PHP Version, MySQL / MSSQL Versions, .....
for every developer on every pc...

i just want to make sure that every Change is logged and we can easy
rollback without using Server Backups.
