One might think that with Google Code supporting Mercurial and the 
CPython project migrating to Mercurial, and with Guido van Rossum 
(Python's chief architect) responsible for Rietveld and the internal 
Google tool corresponding to it (for internal Google code review), there 
might be plans to support Mercurial in Rietveld at some point.

Anyway, if you look around on Google Code using their labels, you can 
easily find other alternatives:
