US based

To all,

Sorry if this is a repost as I did not see it come up. Also, sorry if this is not the correct place for this but I need to find out if Matt Mackall is US based?

Now, I understand that projects like these can include multiple developers some of which may not be from the US.  But, as long as Mr. Mackall is from the US I believe I will be ok.  This question arises from the fact that I can only use applications from US based developers. Actually I can use any product but US based developers means a lot less paperwork.
