Status on HgBook

Hi Martin,

I'd also hesitate to go so easily from DocBook to ReST, since XML might be 
a pain to edit (without the right tools!), but it is definitely better if 
you want to process it further, like e.g. giving it to a publisher (as 
pointed out by Augie), or converting it into HTML, LaTeX or whatever else. 
I do admit that I don't know ReST, but I can imagine that DocBook could 
have more features for the purpose of documentation (structuring, 
referencing, etc.), but I might be wrong.
