Well given the problems with GIT on windows, the relatively easy installation of
HG on windows is something of a plus. It IS actually the main reason I am using
HG even though the project that forced the change is on github ;)
Simply NEEDING yet another development language is the big turn off for me ...
It would be nice to be able to use a SINGLE language for all of one's work
rather than having just about every one installed on a machine simply because
some tool needs it to work :(
I currently have Pascal, C/C++, .net, PHP, Java, Perl, Ruby, python and probably
others I don't even know about and have had to play with most of them to fix
problems getting things working across the board.
