Thanks for the heads-up!  I'll try to fix it as soon as I get time - or 
I'd welcome a patch before then.  The root of mercurial-server's 
configuration is a file in the "hg" user's home directory 
"~/.mercurial-server".  The rest of the configuration is as listed in 
that file:
