Unable to contact remote repository outside a proxy server

Hi,

I am trying having a problem with accessing the remote repository whenever I
am at home (no proxy server). However, whenever I am at school, I can pull
and push to the repository without any problems. I am using Mercurial
version 1.6.3 and Python 2.6.5 on an Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. Also I change my
proxy settings through the System > Preferences > Network Proxy method.
