Mercurial 2.0 Sprint?

There's not currently a plan. The last sprints have been pre-1.5
(Paris), 1.7 (Chicago), and 1.9 (Copenhagen). So following that pattern,
the next sprint would be in the US before 2.1.

But I would consider having a pre-2.0 sprint in the US in mid-September.
I've wanted to have one in Minneapolis, and that's a much better time of
year for it than February. If a sufficient number of people declare
their interest, we can try to make this happen.
