I'd be really surprised if things got done that quickly. I'd say Mar 1
is a more likely target.

I've been meaning to sit down with version 1 and a red pen to see what I
come up with. I suspect there's some content that needs to be rearranged
and some supplemental topics like administration that will need
expanding.
