problems with mercurial-1.9.1 install on MacOsX Lion

I've just upgraded to lion and hg has stopped working.  I installed the 
1.9.1 binary package from selenic.com but I'm still getting:

rich at flamingo.palm.com> hg ls

Can anyone tell me what's up with this?  Or where I can find a package 
that works?  Or what to do to make this one work?
