Verify's warning

I ran "hg verify -v " on my repo today and discovered 3 warnings (but no
errors) which looks like:
warning: copy source of 'projects/ProjectA/js/jquery.tmpl.min.js' not in
parents of 5c1548df829b

Quick googling tells me that verify's warning are not as bad as errors but
still, should I be worried?
And how that could happen, we have a "central repo" setup and clean clone
from the central is affected too, so it is not my local screwup?
