TR: HTTP 500 error since HG 1.9/1.9.1 - was fine previously (until HG 1.8.4)

I would greatly appreciate it to be upgraded to "urgent".

These are nightly builds of crew/crew-stable. I may lose access to build machine in a couple of weeks though.
