Multiple environments problem

Hello,

I'm currently using 2 operating systems (Win7 and Ubuntu) as developement
environment.
Ubuntu runs as Virrtual Machine (win 7 being the host) and I have this
Project Directory on Linux machine, which is then mounted through Samba to
be visible in Windows.

After I make a clone into Project Directory using Tortoise HG in Windows,
and then switch to Linux and do a *hg status *from command line, I get all
the files modified, although hg diff or hg diff -g display nothing.
I have Mercurial 1.9.1 on both platforms.

Can you help me with this one?
