Completely baffled

On closer inspection, I'm fairly certain that my new repository doesn't 
have any of the largefiles from the original repository.

This is not the same behavior as we've seen elsewhere (when not all of 
the most recent largefiles are updated, but some are), but feels more 
like a basic incompatibility with hg convert at this stage, perhaps?
