I'm a fan of the Portable Apps stuff, but I've been able to use THg at
school. I'm pretty sure that is without admin rights (can't install P/
A's Penguins in Program Files but can in My Documents). But there is
a good chance that the needed MS libraries are already installed to
support various software in the curriculum; I see by the notes that
including various libraries is part of the P/A packaging for THg.
